Do I need to create an account to shop at IVY NIU?
It's up to you! Creating an account will allow a faster checkout time when you shop. However you have the option to also checkout as a guest. Choose which item/s you would like to purchase and click ‘Cart’ in the top right hand corner to purchase. It’s that easy!
The item I wanted is now sold out. Can I pretty please still purchase it?
The best thing about IVY NIU is that we only have limited print-runs so you can avoid wearing the same outfit as the random sitting at the restaurant table next to you. Unfortunately, this does mean that once an item is sold out it is no longer available to purchase.
Will IVY NIU hold garments for me?
Due to limited stock, we are unable to hold items in our online store. Our advice is to get in quick!

What are the delivery charges?
We offer free shipping for domestic and international purchases.
We are not responsible for possible taxes and charges imposed by the country of destination. The responsibility of costs incurred for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may occur rest solely with the customer.
Has my order been shipped out yet?
Once your order has been processed and packed we will email you a tracking link. Please check your junk mail in case it’s there or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I track my order?
All orders are fully trackable. We use Sendle for domestic and international orders. Domestic orders may require signature on delivery depending on size of parcel. International orders may not require a signature on delivery.
How do pre-orders work?
Items for PRE-ORDER have not arrived on our end, but are available to purchase now. We will post the item(s) to you as soon as it arrives according to the estimated delivery date provided in the description - sometimes even earlier!
Please purchase pre-order items separately from items that are available now. If purchased in one order, we will send your items together once your pre-order item arrives.
I'm not happy with my purchase. Can I please exchange it?
