What currency are the prices listed?

We are an Australian label therefore the prices are listed in Australian Dollars.

  

The item I wanted is now sold out. Can I pretty please still purchase it?

The best thing about IVY NIU is that we only have limited print-runs so you can avoid wearing the same outfit as the random sitting at the restaurant table next to you. Unfortunately, this does mean that once an item is sold out it is no longer available to purchase.

 

Can I purchase homewares and garments together?

Please purchase homewares and garments separately, as they cannot be shipped together. This is to ensure the safety of all products during transit. You will be sent separate tracking details.

 

Will IVY NIU hold garments for me?

Due to limited stock, we are unable to hold items in our online store. Our advice is to get in quick!

 

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to most countries in the world. We use Australia Post to deliver international orders.

If your country is not listed, sent us a DM or email and we will try to add your shipping destination in!

 

What are the delivery charges?

We offer free shipping for domestic purchases. We also offer free shipping for international purchases over $200 on all soft items.

We are not responsible for possible taxes and charges imposed by the country of destination. The responsibility of costs incurred for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may occur rest solely with the customer.

 

Has my order been shipped out yet?

Once your order has been processed and packed, Australia Post will email you a tracking link. Please check your junk mail in case it’s there or email us at hello@ivyniu.com.

 

Can I track my order?

All orders are fully trackable. We use Australia Post for all domestic and international orders. You will be sent a tracking number by Australis Post via email. Signature on delivery is not always required so please keep an eye on your tracking.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels. However, we will try our best to help if this should occur.

 

How do pre-orders work?

Items for PRE-ORDER have not arrived on our end, but are available to purchase now. We will post the item(s) to you as soon as it arrives according to the estimated delivery date provided in the description - sometimes even earlier!

Please purchase pre-order items separately from items that are available now. If purchased in one order, we will send your items together once your pre-order item arrives.

 

Can I exchange or return my order?

We are a small business. Due to limited stock availability we are unable to offer refunds and exchanges. Please check our sizing information carefully before purchasing.

 

What are your manufacturing practices?

IVY NIU prides itself for its liminality in production and attention to certain manufacturing elements, usually producing 10-30 units per style, extinguishing superfluous wastage of unsold goods in the long run. Through working with smaller factories offshore we are able to maintain ethical treatment of the staff and meticulous care and love that goes into each and every garment. 2019 led Max and Ivy to visit their factories in Hangzhou and Suzhou to ensure that conditions were met to their standards. Thoroughly pleased with what they saw, they can affirm that their expectations were met in producing, printing and sampling of products.

 

Are you green?

IVY NIU is a firm believer in natural, breathable fabrics. That is why all their garments are made of 100% natural cottons and linens. Keeping the body happy on the outside and letting the fantastic prints do their work to indulge optical appeal. Nothing about IVY NIU is traditional and we like to keep it that way, working against the conventional seasonal drops, instead opting for limited run every 4-8 weeks, keeping the product manageable and steering clear of any waste. In this respect, seldom do we hold sales, we do not wish to engage with any fast fashion notions of production. If you’re lucky, you might catch us doing an out of character sample sale, but keep your eyes peeled because they are rare as they come!
